In May 2025, Oxford City Council’s planning committee approved our planning application for new lab space for science and technology businesses at 195 Botley Road.

We are very grateful to the local community who have been inputting into the plans since Summer 2024.

Three new office and research buildings to meet local demand, providing high-quality, adaptable workspace in Oxford.

Car parking reduced by nearly 95%, with significantly increased cycle parking (60 short-stay, 294 long-stay) to promote active travel and prioritise pedestrians.

A welcoming public space with a light-filled courtyard for workers and residents to enjoy.

Industry-leading sustainability, with solar panels, air source heat pumps, heat recovery, and 40% reduced water use through green roofs and rainwater gardens.

Thoughtful design shaped by community feedback, blending seamlessly into the Botley Road area.

Enhanced biodiversity with less hard standing, new pollinators, wildflowers, and bug hotels.

A new community-focused amenity space, with a dedicated events area for public use.
